Joe Biden Changes Tone, Denounces Rioters: ‘Setting Fires Is Not Protesting. It’s Lawlessness”

Presidential challenger Joe Biden changed tone this week and instead of calling protests “mostly peaceful” instead denounced those setting fires and causing other violence and damage as “lawless.” Biden also said he wasn’t a socialist, in an apparent attempt to assuage fears over how he would govern as President.
