Glenn loves Walt Disney, what he stood for, what he built, and how he built it. But he HATES Disney — the company — today. And the company’s new race training for employees doesn’t help its case. For example, Disney now recommends employees atone for their racism by ‘challenging colorblind ideologies and rhetoric.’ It suggests employees have conversations about race but NOT with people of color since it can be ‘emotionally taxing’ for them.
