“It was the first of June, and they were pushing all of these LGBTQ books on my daughter in the public library, and I was so upset.” Justin Walker, pastor of Salt and Light Baptist Church in La Grange, Kentucky, spoke with CBN News about his church’s “mission” as it launches a new tuition-free school to meet the needs of his community. Walker saw an opportunity after an experience with one of his daughters at a local public library and new the school needed to meet people wherever they are — including financially.
