Documents and videos say part of the strategy is to incite President Donald Trump to invoke the Insurrection Act, and to then use that as fuel for political narratives. Investigative researcher Data Republican, Jenica Pounds, has published material highlighting discussions of a possible federal government “legitimacy crisis,” coordinated resistance, and a potential opportunity for major structural reforms.
