The cross of Jesus Christ, well-attested by the eyewitnesses and chronicled in the trustworthy Biblical manuscripts, is at the very center of the Christian faith. Indeed, it is the pivot of all of history. To the Apostle Paul, it was so important that he told the Corinthian church, “I decided to know nothing among you except Jesus Christ and him crucified.”
