The Israel Defense Forces reportedly destroyed an active, top secret nuclear weapons research facility in Iran during airstrikes in October. The nuclear site was previously reported to be inactive, which we now know not to be the case. The strike has left Iran’s effort over the past year to resume nuclear weapons research significantly impacted and damaged.
