An NPR senior editor, who has since been removed from his job, stepped forward to reveal how a form of what’s being framed as “ideological corruption” found its way into the company. The scandal has gone beyond just NPR though, and is exposing how government programs, news outlets, and big tech have colluded to create a culture of misinformation in the name of fighting “misinformation.”
