Have you ever noticed that the narrative from the media and Democrats saying, “You’re a victim, you’re oppressed, you’re held down by the man,” is completely rejected by sports coaches? Coaches say they want winners on their team. They want people who will fully dedicate themselves to the team instead of always focusing on themselves. A coach’s job is to inspire their players to play hard and do their best no matter what the circumstances and they accept no excuses. Bottom line: It’s up to you to put in the effort.
