Ongoing standstills at the nation’s largest port are driving prices through the roof. Others are stepping up to help, but it’s not enough to fix the problem. The Port of Virginia is already soaking up some of the congestion that’s plaguing the West Coast. They’re operating very efficiently and hope to keep the cargo and turn it into long-term business.
