Atlanta Man Rayshard Brooks Shot, Killed by Police for One Reason: DON’T RESIST ARREST!

Rayshard Brooks was shot and killed by police officers outside a Wendy’s in Atlanta this weekend. Georgia politician Stacey Abrams says Brooks is now dead because he fell asleep inside his car at a parking lot.
