BREAKING NEWS: DOJ Announces It Has DROPPED Investigation Into James O’Keefe Over Ashley Biden Diary | O’Keefe Media Group

The U.S. Attorney’s Office has officially closed its investigation into the FBI raid related to the Ashley Biden diary case. “The Government respectfully submits this letter to notify the Court that the grand jury investigation that led to the charges in United States v. Aimee Harris and Robert Kurlander, No. 22 Cr. 457 (LTS), and the issuance of the above-referenced search warrants has concluded… no additional criminal charges are forthcoming,” states a letter submitted to Judge Analisa Torres of the Southern District of New York by Attorney Danielle R. Sassoon.

This follows a prolonged legal battle led by James O’Keefe, who, with support from attorneys Brian Hauss and Brett Kaufman of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), previously sued to unseal the search warrant materials related to the November 5, 2021, raid at his home.
