Now, NYC Mayor Bill De Blasio is apologizing after shutting down a Jewish funeral in Brooklyn. The Jewish community there gathered to mourn the loss of a prominent rabbi who passed away from COVID-19. They organized the gathering with the city and the NYPD. But De Blasio shut it down anyways. And his apology? It’s just “tough love.”
