“RIDICULOUS STANDARD”: Police Commissioner says Anti Chokehold Bill Hinders NYPD, Safe Arrests

Yonkers, New York Police Commissioner, John Mueller, says his police department will no longer cross into New York City to help the NYPD. Why? He — and the mayor of Yonkers, NY — do not want to subject their department to the new, “ridiculous” anti-chokehold bill that completely hinders an officer’s ability to safely arrest violent criminals. Mueller says there’s NO way an officer could follow the new legislation 100 percent of the time, and if they slip up, they could find themselves in jail.
