President Trump’s former lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, recently was suspended from practicing law in the state of New York due to statements he made after the election. Giuliani joins Glenn to respond, arguing the appellate court decision was entirely political. He explains how the decisions of New York judges are based all on party partisanship: if judges go against the wishes of Andrew Cuomo, or any other state Democrat, their careers could be over. This is something that affects all Americans, Glenn says, because now with the left targeting lawyers, it puts the due process rights of EVERYONE at risk.
